We did find Freedom City Cycle tours in Frederiksted and enjoyed the historic tour, a 12 mile ride along the coast road heading north. At the start we made 3 stops in town where we learned some of the history of St. Croix. The tours are only available when a cruise ship is in port; however, you can arrange a private tour which is what we did. The ride was pretty easy but plenty for me as I had not been on a bike for awhile. My husband is a hard core mountain biker so he and our guide, Troy, arranged to meet the next day to do some aggressive riding. ( I think Troy was surprised to find that a 64 year old could keep up with him). We would recommend Freedom City to anyone who enjoys riding. They have various tours for all abilities.
